White Bishop Solutions (WBS) is a European consulting firm based in Athens, advancing the intelligence, resilience, and sustainability of complex systems across mobility, energy, and infrastructure. We operate at the intersection of data, modellling, engineering, and strategy — supporting both private organizations and public institutions through strategic tenders, research collaborations, and bespoke consulting projects.
By leveraging advanced modelling and analytics, artificial Intelligence, and systems engineering, WBS aims to transform the way networks and operations are designed, managed, and optimized. Our work spans the entire lifecycle of intelligent systems — from data-driven modelling and simulation to predictive planning, safety intelligence, and adaptive implementation — across land, sea, and air mobility domains.
Backed by a growing network of expert consultants and research partners across the world, we combine technical excellence with strategic foresight to deliver solutions that are both innovative and operationally sound. By integrating quantitative insight with engineering foresight, we empower decision-makers to build the resilient, efficient, and sustainable systems that will define the next generation of connected industries and smart cities.
White Bishop Solutions supports the transport network design and smart city planning for the €800 million Elounda Hills development, a strategic investment currently under construction by MIRUM Group in Crete, Greece. The project extends beyond a luxury resort to establish a model smart city environment, integrating residential, hospitality, and commercial zones within a unified sustainable design framework.
Our team has developed advanced simulation and modelling tools to guide mobility systems, accessibility, and infrastructure planning, ensuring efficient and resilient operations. In parallel, we contribute to the project’s smart city strategy, proposing state-of-the-art solutions in energy management, intelligent mobility, and digital services. Through data-driven design and systems engineering, we envision to support shape Elounda Hills into a connected, sustainable, and future-ready smart ecosystem.
The REFOCUS project, funded under the Interreg Europe programme and coordinated by the Hellenic Institute of Transport (EKETA/HIT), brings together partners from across Europe to advance inclusive and data-driven mobility planning. The initiative focuses on strengthening regional and local decision-making through innovative decision-support tools (DSTs) and knowledge exchange among public authorities.
Within this framework, White Bishop Solutions provides technical consulting and analytical support for the development of models and methodologies that evaluate user behaviour, multimodal mobility patterns, and the environmental and social impacts of transport policies. Through collaboration with EKETA and European regional partners, we contribute to building evidence-based strategies that foster sustainable, low-emission, and resilient urban mobility systems.
In collaboration with EcoWay GmbH, we have enaged in a multi-year partnership focusing on advancing renewable energy and sustainable infrastructure initiatives in Germany and Greece. The collaboration involves the conceptual design, assessment, and optimisation of integrated renewable energy and electrified mobility systems across their full lifecycle.
Our work includes technical consulting, analytical assessment, and modelling to support feasibility studies, strategic planning, and long-term sustainability objectives. Utilizing data-driven insight and systems thinking, we have explored the transition toward resilient, low-carbon energy and mobility ecosystems, fostering innovation and cross-sector integration in the design of sustainable infrastructure.
The GoBike project promoted sustainable and active mobility through the evaluation and improvement of cycling infrastructure, services, and tourism networks in the Region of Central Macedonia, Greece. The initiative enhanced the role of cycling as a cornerstone of low-emission transport and regional connectivity, supporting both everyday mobility and green tourism.
White Bishop Solutions provided mobility analysis, policy evaluation, and strategic planning expertise to support the project partners in developing data-driven frameworks for the integration of cycling into broader mobility systems. The project’s outcomes contributed to evidence-based planning and the advancement of accessible, environmentally responsible transport solutions at the regional and local level.
We are always open to new partnerships and research ventures.
